Kate's Royal Engagement Ring

The Royal Sapphire Ring was originally Princess Diana's engagement ring. After her passing, it was left to Prince Harry. When Prince William decided he wanted to marry Kate Middleton, he asked Prince Harry to trade him the ring for his mother's Cartier watch. William presented the ring to Kate when he proposed on a backpacking trip in Kenya.

Our Royal Ring features a deep blue sapphire-colored Cubic Zirconia center stone surrounded by tiny glimmering clear Cubic Zirconias. Our Genuine Rhodium Plating is obtained using an electroplating process that coats each item with heavy layers of rhodium, giving the ring a brilliant platinum luster.
